Car and motorcycle crashes

Rear-ended, T-boned or run off the road

Most crash cases start the same way: a sore neck, a towed car and an adjuster who calls before you've even seen a doctor.

Citlali gets the police report, talks to witnesses while they still remember, and keeps track of every bill and missed shift. When the insurer's offer comes in, you'll know what your claim is worth before you decide anything.

Cases we take

  • Interstate and highway crashes

  • Left-turn and intersection crashes

  • Motorcycle crashes

  • Hit-and-run and uninsured drivers

  • Rideshare and delivery drivers

Your first week after a crash

Small things now make a claim easier later.

  • See a doctor, even if you feel okay

Some injuries show up days later. A visit now also puts them on the record.

  • Send the adjuster's calls to us

You don't have to give the other driver's insurer a recorded statement. Give them our number.

  • Keep every bill and receipt

Pharmacy, mileage to appointments, a rental car. Snap a photo and text it to the office.

  • Photograph the car before repairs

Pictures of the damage help show how hard the hit was, long after the car is fixed.

Crash questions

What if the other driver has no insurance?

Your own policy may include uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage. We read your policy with you and make that claim too.

Do I need a lawyer for a small crash?

Not always. If you weren't hurt, or you healed within a few days, you may not need one. Call and we'll tell you straight.

How long do I have to make a claim?

There are deadlines, and some are short, especially for claims against a city, county or state agency. Call soon so none of them pass.

Hurt in a crash? Talk it through today.

The first call is free, in English or Spanish, and you're under no obligation after it.

No attorney's fee unless we recover money for you. Your written agreement explains case costs and whether you owe them if there's no recovery.
