Questions

The questions Las Cruces clients ask first

The questions people ask most in the first call. Yours may be different; ask it anyway.

How much does it cost to talk to you?

Nothing. The first call is free, and you don't have to hire us after it.

How is the fee paid?

Through a contingency fee: a percentage of the money we recover, set in your written agreement. No recovery, no attorney's fee. Case costs are explained separately in the same agreement.

Should I talk to the other driver's insurance company?

You can give them your name and how to reach you. Before you give a recorded statement or sign anything, talk with us.

Can I work with you entirely in Spanish?

Yes. Citlali speaks Spanish and English, and she'll explain every paper in the language you prefer.

I'm not a U.S. citizen. Can I still make an injury claim?

In most injury claims, yes. Your immigration status doesn't decide whether you can be paid for an injury someone else caused. Bring any worry about it to the first call.

How long will my case take?

It depends on your treatment and on the insurer. Many claims take months, and a lawsuit can take a year or more. We'll give you a realistic timeline and keep you posted.

Can you come to me?

Yes. If getting to the office is hard, Citlali can meet you at home, in the hospital or by video.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Whatever you have: the crash report number, photos, insurance cards, medical bills and the names of anyone who saw what happened. If you have none of it, come anyway.

Your question not here? Ask Citlali.

She answers the phone herself. The call is free and there's no pressure to sign.

No attorney's fee unless we recover money for you. Your written agreement explains case costs and whether you owe them if there's no recovery.
